Turn belt conveyor is a key equipment in the automated conveying system for realizing material direction-changing transportation. It can accurately achieve multi-angle turning conveying such as 30°, 45°, 90°, 180° and continuous turning according to the needs of production scenarios, effectively connecting linear conveying equipment and building an efficient and continuous assembly line operation. The equipment adopts a modular design, combined with various material conveyor belts and frame configurations, which is suitable for diverse production environments and provides a flexible and stable direction-changing solution for industrial automated conveying.Whether it is the partial direction change of small and medium-sized production lines or the complex path planning of large-scale smart factories, customized adaptation schemes can be provided according to needs, offering reliable support for the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
Working principle:
Turn belt conveyor realizes power transmission through the friction between the driving roller and the conveyor belt, and materials turn smoothly with the conveyor belt.
- Anti-deviation technology: Guide ribs or anti-deviation rollers are installed on the outer side, and combined with conical rollers, they offset the lateral force during turning to ensure the conveyor belt runs accurately along the dedicated guide rail.
- Power distribution: The motor drives the active roller to rotate, driving the conveyor belt to run circularly, and the passive roller assists in adjusting the tension to adapt to the friction requirements of different turning radii and belt widths.
- Flexible connection: It can be seamlessly connected with linear belt conveyors, roller conveyors, chain plate conveyors and other equipment to form an automated conveying system with closed-loop or complex paths.
Structural:
- Frame: Carbon steel (with surface baking paint treatment) or stainless steel material can be selected, which is strong and durable and suitable for various working environments.
- Conveyor belt: Supports materials such as PVC, PU and food-grade PU, which can meet different needs such as ordinary materials, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and food-grade hygiene standards.
- Roller: Conical rubber-coated rollers or customized rollers are used, combined with anti-deviation guide rails/rollers to ensure stable conveying without deviation.
- Drive system: Equipped with a motor and a frequency conversion speed regulation device (supporting constant speed/stepless speed regulation), it has stable power output and flexible speed adjustment.
- Auxiliary devices: Anti-deviation components, tensioning devices, guide ribs, etc., to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
Applications:
Widely used in food, beverage, electronics, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, logistics and other scenarios to achieve the following main functions:
- Material transition connection at right-angle/arc turning positions.
- Path closed-loop construction of the circular conveying system.
- Flexible transmission and process connection between multiple workstations.
- Direction-changing conveying of materials in different forms such as bulk materials, boxes and single items.
Maintenance Precautions:
- Daily inspection: Regularly check the tension of the conveyor belt and the wear condition of rollers/guide rails, and adjust the tension in time to avoid deviation.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Clean the debris on the surface of the conveyor belt after shutdown; food-grade materials should be wiped with neutral detergent to maintain hygiene.
- Lubrication maintenance: Add lubricating oil to rotating parts such as the driving motor and bearings every month to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshooting: If abnormal noise or conveying jamming is found, cut off the power immediately to check the wear of rollers and belts, and contact professional personnel for maintenance if necessary.
- Long-term shutdown: Store in a dry and ventilated place to avoid long-term compression deformation of the conveyor belt, and conduct regular no-load test operation to maintain performance.
